Milap 2015 had organised a Maharashtra Fashion show and entertainment extravaganza at Milton Keynes on 25th October 2015.
Earthen Oven were official caterers for the event which was a big success. Some of the delicious items on menu were Vadapav, Puneri Misal, Kheema Pav, Chicken Biryani, Idli chutney, Gajar Halwa. Highlight was the sale of DIWALI FARAAL – Chivda, Besan ladoo, Chakli, Karanji and Anarsa. Part of the revenue collection was donated by Nivi to `NAAM Foundation’.
Naam Foundation (http://www.naammh.org) is a Non government organization started by Indian movie actors Nana Patekar and Makarand Anaspure. The foundation works for betterment of farmers in the drought-prone areas of Marathawada and Vidarbha in the state of Maharastra, India.[
Milap 2015 was an event to showcase the designs and creation of prominent Indian Khadi clothes maker, specialising in Indo-Western wear.
Local Indian lads and girls walked the ramp confidently for the event and made it enjoyable. They were supported by other song and dance sequences making the evening a wholesome entertainment.
